Once you reach a certain age, just about every woman experiences this.

Let me tell you how I solved it.
I Was Enormous And I Knew It But Felt Powerless To Change it
🔥 I used to chug cayenne pepper water every morning in an attempt to lose inches.

I heard on a talk show about some woman who dropped 20 pounds by this method

every morning so I thought why not? My waistline? No change!

Sure, it woke me up, made me feel like a fire-breathing dragon, and cleared my sinuses, but that was it.
My Waist Line Kept Increasing....
For years after having the twins, my waist line slowly increased in size no matter what I did.

As horrible as it sounds, I blamed my kids for years for that ever increasing waist line.

I am ashamed to admit that I thought that way but I did.

I used to avoid large picture windows in grocery stores because I didn't want to see my reflection.

I even went so far as to take down my full length mirror...

I would rather not see that anyway.
Just Want To Run With The Grand Kiddies
Babysitting my grandkids used to leave me winded just walking to the kitchen.

At times I would wish the grand kids would not ask me for snacks.

I felt so bad I would make excuses to not get them snacks.

I always felt that a grandma should spoil the grand kids and here

I am doing the opposite because of how I feel physically, my aching joints and more.

How awful is that My knees ached my hips complained and I secretly watched the clock for pickup time.

When the house finally got quiet, I felt sad.

I wanted the joy without the exhaustion.

Fast Forward......I am now down 76, YEA, 221 to 145
Here's the truth: I just needed a tiny tweak that ended up working
I discovered a simple method that changed everything.

No crazy diets, no gym marathons, and definitely no banning bread (phew!).

Just a tiny daily tweak that got my body firing on all cylinders again.

I get to enjoy lunch with the kids eating pizza without the guilt plus I now am thrilled to spoil the kids with snacks.

I now run to the kitchen just because I can.
It Feels So Good to Run After The Grand Kiddies
Now, at 145, I can keep up with my grandkids. We run, we play, and nobody ends up flat on the couch.

I actually feel amazing when they leave.

I no longer wish for them to be picked up early I want them to stay I want to run with them chase after them.

I feel the best I have felt in years I cannot recall the last time I felt so good.

I look forward to the next time I get to play with them
